As a guest here, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and all the amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, coffee bar, wet bar and wine cellar, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom essentials, books, board games, and helpful information about the local area. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene. You’ll also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, Tiki Bar and grill area, outdoor pool, sauna, and private beach. You will be assigned two parking spaces in the covered garage and given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door.

Ideally located at 98th Street, you're right on the beach with unobstructed views from the 11th floor of the ocean and beach below. On-site you'll find fine dining at the Jungle Restaurant as well as seasonal casual dining and fantastic drinks at the outdoor Jungle Bar with an ocean view. In walking distance, you'll find some of Ocean City's best fine dining (Liquid Assets is a 5 minute walk and The Hobbit is roughly a 15 minute walk away), in addition to other great restaurants, the Acme grocery store, and great local bars and fantastic dining options.
Transit
2 on-site parking spots are included with your stay (subject to the Plaza's $65 weekly guest registration fee from May 1st - October 31st). Everything you need is within walking distance (great restaurants, bars, RiteAid, and Acme grocery and there's an cost-effective and well-serviced bus route that will take you anywhere from the Downtown Inlet to the Delaware State Line.

No smoking, no pets. Guest Building Registration fee of $80 is required upon check-in. payable from May 1st through October 31st, includes parking for two vehicles. This agreement is binding upon all guests associated with the reservation. 1. COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK The pool and hot tub are community amenities maintained by the property’s homeowners association (HOA). They are unsupervised and used entirely at your own risk. All guests must comply with posted HOA rules including hours, maximum occupancy, safety policies, and behavior standards. Temporary closures may occur without refund due to weather, maintenance, or public health guidance. 2. WATERBORNE ILLNESS & LEGIONNAIRES’ DISEASE NOTICE Legionella bacteria, which can cause Legionnaires’ disease (a potentially serious form of pneumonia), may exist in water systems, including but not limited to: Pools or hot tubs Showers, faucets, sinks Cooling systems or HVAC units Sprinklers, decorative fountains, or other plumbing fixtures While the host and HOA adhere to industry-standard maintenance practices, no system is guaranteed to be free of Legionella or other waterborne pathogens. By staying at this property and using any water system, you acknowledge and accept: The inherent risk of exposure to Legionella and other environmental bacteria That guests who are immunocompromised, elderly, smokers, or have chronic respiratory or kidney conditions may be at higher risk That you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure and waive liability to the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law 3. GENERAL SAFETY RULES – POOL, HOT TUB & BEACH No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, running, or glass containers allowed near the pool or hot tub. Use of alcohol or drugs while using these amenities is prohibited. Limit hot tub use to 15 minutes. Consult a doctor before using the hot tub if pregnant, elderly, or suffering from heart, blood pressure, or respiratory conditions. 4. BEACH ACCESS & OCEAN HAZARD NOTICE The property provides access to a public or semi-private beach. There are no lifeguards. Swim at your own risk. Ocean hazards include: Riptides and strong currents (which can be fatal even for strong swimmers) Sharks, jellyfish, and other marine wildlife Floating debris, rough surf, and changing weather conditions Guests are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring safe behavior at the beach. Do not swim alone, and avoid swimming at dawn/dusk or after storms. 5. PROPERTY CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS The property may include stairs, walkways, decks, uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, and other natural features. Guests should use caution outdoors, especially at night or after rainfall. The host is not responsible for injury or illness related to natural hazards, allergic reactions, slips, or animal encounters. 6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, you and your guests agree to: Waive, release, and discharge the host, property owner, manager, and affiliates from any and all liability or claims for: Injury, illness (including Legionnaires’ disease), or death Property damage or loss Emotional distress Exposure to natural, biological, or environmental hazards This includes incidents arising from: Use of the pool, hot tub, or beach Water or HVAC systems on or near the property Acts of nature, third parties, or HOA-controlled spaces This waiver covers ordinary negligence but not gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under Maryland law. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages, legal claims, or expenses arising from your own or your guests’ misuse of the property, failure to follow rules, or violation of community policies. 7. My wife and I had an incredible weeklong stay here. The ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom were epic. The apartment is spacious and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was super for cooking meals and had lots of counter space. We went off season so the entire place was really quiet and private. The building is located across from an Acme supermarket, so that was convenient. The only thing is to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and that wasn't provided.

Wow. The view. We saw dolphins each morning! Comfortable beds and couch. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Loved the high top chairs to sit and look out at the water. Restaurants and shopping are across the street & the indoor pool was being used by other guests. A great trip!

This was the trip we needed to recharge. The view of the ocean and bay from this condo is amazing. It was great to wake up to the waves every morning. The condo is very clean. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were great. We both slept soundly. They thought of everything for this condo. There’s even hair dryers and a keurig. Being in OC during the off-season was great as well. We walked the boardwalk and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded. Everything was within a stones throw as far as food shopping. Everybody needs a good spot to go but this is an excellent one. If you want to elevate your life come to this spot. We would rate this place a 10 and hope to make this a yearly trip. This beautiful condo with ocean-front views was perfect for an off-season getaway. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Everything was very clean and well-maintained with lots of thoughtful touches. The unit has nice interior design details and great storage/closets. The hosts were very responsive to questions in the app, and the on-site security staff were also friendly and helpful. It was great to have direct access to the beach as well as 24/7 access to an indoor lap pool and hot tub. Convenient free parking and valet carts for luggage made it easy to move in and out. The private WIFI signal in our unite was strong, and the TV included access to multiple streaming platforms. There's also a desk and professional office chair for remote work, if you can tear yourself away from watching the waves rolls in. We’ll be back!

We loved staying at the condo. It was beautiful inside, excellent view, perfecting for watching the sunrise from nearly anywhere in the condo. Kitchen was well-stocked. We stayed in November and the heated outdoor and indoor pools gave the kids something to do when they got too chilly on the beach. We can’t wait to go back.
